We have got a dedicated team of Business Development whose target is to bring atleast 10 new Clients every quarter (turn over more than 100 Crores ) p.m. and bring requirements from them. So that you can focus only on sourcing / recruitment part. |

We will provide training to you so from 2nd or 3rd months onwards you are going to get revenue of Rs 50,000/- minimum. Apart from that we will train you and the team member how recruitment is done. |

Master Franchisee can recruit many Franchisees under him as “EaseConnect HR Services” T&C.(to become master franchisee, it has to recruit minimum 3 franchisee under him at initial stage, only then he would be eligible for M F). The offer of fee is valid for both (F & M F) till 2nd of march2013 only, after this it would be revised. |

Every candidate selected by Franchisee or Master Franchisee, the candidate will have to face an formal interview with “EaseConnect” if we satisfy with candidate it same would sent to our respective client for further process. |

To become Master Franchisee it has minimum two tele caller with him, along with office and 3 franchisee (as said earlier). |
